WRITING RULES
Manuscripts to be sent to the Journal of Scientific and Academic Research must be uploaded in Microsoft Word, along with the ethical statement and copyright transfer form, on the https://e-scar.com/index.php/pub/index site. The name(s) of the author should not be included in the main file (main document) where the article is located, due to the ethics of double-blind refereeing. All information about the author/authors should be on the title page. Click here to access the author's guide on the article submission process.
Article titles should be written in Turkish and English. Times New Roman font, 12 points, bold, only the initials of the words should be capitalized.
SUMMARY: A 200-300-word Turkish summary of the articles and an English translation of this abstract (Summary), and Turkish and English abstracts of the articles in a foreign language should be given. The abstract should be in 10 font size, Times New Roman and without paragraphs.
Keywords: Three (3) or five (5) must be given in Turkish and English.
Titles can be up to three levels.
LEVEL 1 - CAPITAL, BOLD, 12 POINT, LEFT JUSTIFIED
Level 2 – First Letter of Words Capitalized, Bold, 12 Points, Left Justified
Level 3 – Only the first letter of the first word should be capitalized, bold, 12 point, left aligned
In the introduction, the subject of the article, its purpose, method, limitations etc. should be specified. The author can choose this section as a titled or single text.
texts include bibliography, pictures, figures, maps, etc. in the range of 3000-5000 words. Maximum twenty (20) pages, including the appendices, should be written in Microsoft Office Word program in Times New Roman font, 12 point size, single-spaced, justified. Page margins; upper 2.5, right 2.5, left 2.5 and lower 2.5 cm.
Paragraph indentation should be 1.25 cm, 6 pt before paragraph, 6 pt after paragraph, single line spacing.
Footnotes should be 10 point Times New Roman, 1-spaced, justified.
Number of Tables is limited to 5 at most.
Reference should be given in reference to the figure.
The bibliography should be 10 point size and should be arranged according to the APA Citation System.
Ethics committee approval should be stated in the method section.
If there is a conflict of interest or Institutional Support, it should be stated at the end of the article.

Editor, spelling of articles etc. reserves the right to make minor changes. In terms of spelling and punctuation, the Spelling Guide of the Turkish Language Association should be taken as a basis, except for special cases necessitated by the article or the subject.
Be consistent in spelling, spelling of captioned and transcripted words.
Information such as the name of the author, his title, the institution where he works, and the telephone and e-mail address where he can be reached should not be included anywhere in the manuscript. This information will be added to the article by the editor after the articles have gone through the referee process. Therefore, while the articles are being entered into the system, it should be reviewed and it should be ensured that no information about the author is included. This is mandatory for blind refereeing.
In order for the studies to be prepared in accordance with the spelling rules of the journal, the spelling rules should be examined in advance and the Article Writing Word Template file should be used.
In terms of spelling and punctuation, the Spelling Guide of the Turkish Language Association should be taken as a basis, except for special cases necessitated by the article or the subject. The editor has the right to make minor changes in the spelling of the articles.
References should be given at the end of the article. References should be arranged according to the APA Citation System.
